My general research interests are in the Physical layer of wireless communications, currently this includes THz systems, fluid antennas and satellite communications. More details on our research group site.
At VUW I am the Chair of the ECS Teaching and Learning Committee. I teach 200-level Signals and Systems and 300- and 400- level Communications Engineering courses as well as Engineering Mathematics and Physics. VUW students interested focusing their degree on communications systems should consider this program.
Note: Currently, PhD Scholarships are available for research in wireless communications.
