Location and Funding:
The workshop was held from 16 October 2000 to 20 October 2000 at LAFEX
(Laboratório de Cosmologia e Física Experimental de Altas Energias),
LAFEX is the HEP and Cosmology Laboratory of CBPF (Centro Brasileiro de
Pesquisas Físicas), the Brazilian Center for Research in Physics,
located in Urca, Rio de Janeiro.
Funding for the workshop was provided by both:
- ICRA/RIO (The Rio de Janeiro branch of the International Center for Research in
Astrophysics).

- FAPERJ (Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do
Rio de Janeiro; The Foundation for Development and Research of the
