Free accommodation is available at the Victoria University Pipitea Marae for the postgraduate students who register. Authors whose papers have been accepted will be given priority to that accommodation if they register.

Terms and Conditions

Accommodation: All persons staying at the Pipitea Marae must abide by and respect their protocol at all times. This includes any damages caused, that will be charged to the person or persons responsible.

Catering: Breakfast is only included for those people staying at Pipitea Marae. Attendees staying elsewhere are not entitled to attend this breakfast and are required to provide their own. Lunches and dinners will be provided for the duration of the conference, to those who have paid the conference registration fee. Conference ID may be required to be presented to gain entrance to catered sessions.

Other Conference Facilities: Any damage or misuse of equipment or facilities will be charged to the person or persons responsible for causing the damage, in line with Victoria University policy.

Conference Fees: The conference fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after the close of registration.

Privacy: Information obtained during registration will be used only for the running of the conference. It will not be passed on or sold to third parties. All personal information will be securely retained for the duration of the conference and then deleted.
